Tone Zone Bootcamp

The TONE ZONE bootcamp program is a heart rate zone interval training workout (loaner heart rate monitor Included with your program). We want you get into our training zones (we call the tone zones) for optimal results and to keep you in the "After Burn" burning calories long after your workout. You can expect to burn up to 800 calories or more during our 40 minute workout.*

 

The program is designed for toning and to speed up your fat burning with a fusion of H.I.I.T., cardio, resistance training and core training. Moving from one exercise to another, keeping your heart rate in your most efficient zone and your muscles working, is the absolute key to dropping body fat fast.*

The sessions are about 40 minutes, and can easily fit into the busiest of schedules. With our program you will actually want to work out because of the positive body toning and fat burning results you see and feel, having the motivation of our instructors and the contagious energy in the class.

In addition to time efficient, classes are small, kept to 10 clients max, it’s fun and social; it adapts to any ability level and participants do not feel intimidated by the equipment or the workout. The workout is for all levels of fitness and everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace.

These semi-private sessions are designed using a variety of fitness tools to challenge your body and mind in a functional environment centered around the Total Gym, GRAVITY Training System. Different sessions types may incorporate Keiser m3 spin bikes, Concept 2 Rowers, Rogue Echo Bikes, Stairs, Battle Ropes, TRX suspension training, dumbbells, medicine balls, bosu balls, kettle bells, and more.
