Join me in the Studio for a guided meditation. We will travel through the cosmos, or connect to the energy around us. We will journey together to find love, peace, healing, grounding, or whatever it is that is calling for us. If you are new to awakening and need some someone to help guide you, I will coach you and guide you on your journey. I will show you how to connect to your chi-energy and understand the Chakras.
